Click on the map, or use the search box in the top right corner of the map, to place a pin where you saw the problem. You can search for an address, place name, cross-streets, or click " Use current location" in the search box.

Step 2: What is the problem?

Fill out the form and click "Submit" to send your report. Personal information is optional.
