| Prerequisite(s): | NDOT must be notified early in the design phase. The application is due when 90 percent of the design is complete prior to occupancy. One application package is required for the encroachment of each separate NDOT roadway ROW. Each application package must include a NAC 408 compliance letter, design sheets of affected NDOT ROW, and a component that addresses NDOT pavement replacement, if applicable.
