| Prerequisite(s): | Required for each new Clark County Regional Flood Control District (CCRFCD) facility. An explicit screening of each new facility must be conducted to determine the appropriate level of environmental documentation. This will determine the need for a facility tiered Environmental Assessment (EA), or an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). If no impacts are anticipated then the project may be Categorically Excluded from further analysis. Agency coordination is required for all NEPA processes and documentation. Public involvement is required for some EAs and for all EISs. |
